Quail Hollow Farm CSA  Registration Form

      We have designed this year to serve 50 healthy minded, organically seeking, and locally supportive customers.  Space is limited, so please contact us to reserve your share of the season as soon as possible.   Your share will be reserved upon receipt of your registration and payment. You can print off this form and send it in with your payment or register with Venmo, please include in the Venmo note or email us the following information: your name, email address, best contact number and pick-up location desired.  To mail your registration, our address is:

(Please understand that a great expense and effort is given to get crops ready for your share.  If you should have reason to discontinue your share it will be your responsibility to have someone pick up for you or to take your place.  All shares are non-refundable.)

2024 Autumn Schedule: 

• Autumn Season - Weekly (12 weeks) $540.00
• Sept 18 - Dec 11   Deliveries will be made each WEDNESDAY! We will make an adjustment for the week of Thanksgiving.
• Autumn Season - Every Other Week* (6 weeks) $280.00

*The rotation for your Every Other Week delivery will be determined by your last name.
