Bring your family and enjoy a beautiful spring morning and breakfast at the farm on us.  Check out the farm, what is growing and come and play with the baby farm animals.  We may have a few work projects to do during the day if you would like to get your hands dirty

October 24th: Outstanding in the Field, dinner on the farm!
Jim Denevan is coming to host one of his amazing farm dinners here at our farm!!!! He is the instigator of the whole “farm to fork” movement across the world. We are thrilled to host this dinner this year, and beyond busy with flood clean-up to prepare.
 Chef Jason Neve of the Mario Batali’s B&B Ristorante in the Venetian Hotel will be our guest chef. He is fabulous!!! I can hardly wait!!! To attend the dinner you can register online at:


October 25th    9th Annual QHF Pumpkin Pick & Potluck Dinner!  (Note date change to Saturday afternoon!)
Our favorite event of the year!  Come enjoy a beautiful fall evening on the farm. Warm up by the bonfire, eat great food, pick your favorite pumpkin, and enjoy the music of a local    Blue Grass band.  Bring your family and your favorite dish.
5:00 to 9:00 pm.

December 6th   6th Annual Local Seed Exchange Event!
  In hopes of promoting sustainability, protecting local, traditional foods and the spirit of community, we are hosting this event which will be open to the community.  Save your cherished open-pollinated seeds from your favorite crops and come and share, swap, or sell.  Or, just come and buy your seeds for next seasons garden right here within our community.  Open-pollinated seeds produced locally will be more adapted to our climate and environment providing hardier crops for the future.  Wanted:  fruits, vegetables, herbs & flowers.  Full-time farmers to garden hobbyists, all are welcome. (Please package your seeds for exchange.)
